After evaluating the project requirements, DKTEC supplied an HZS90 stationary concrete batching plant designed for efficient and reliable concrete production.

DKTEC HZS90 Solution
DKTEC configured the plant with a high-efficiency JS1500 twin-shaft concrete mixer, aggregate batching system, cement weighing system, water and admixture weighing systems, cement silos, screw conveyors and an automatic control system.
The twin-shaft mixer provides intensive forced mixing, helping achieve consistent concrete quality within a relatively short mixing cycle. The independent weighing systems accurately measure each material according to the preset mix design, while the automatic control system coordinates the complete batching and mixing process.
The aggregate feeding system was also designed to provide a smooth and continuous material flow, helping reduce production interruptions and improve overall plant efficiency.

The HZS90 is designed for medium- to large-scale construction projects where a stable supply of fresh concrete is required. Its 90 m³/h rated capacity allows the customer to efficiently handle continuous concrete production.
JS1500 Twin-Shaft Mixer
The twin-shaft compulsory mixer provides powerful mixing performance and good homogeneity, making it suitable for producing different types of commercial and construction concrete.
Accurate Weighing System
Separate weighing systems for aggregates, cement, water and admixtures help ensure accurate batching and consistent concrete quality.
Automatic Control
The centralized control system allows operators to manage material weighing, batching and mixing from one control station. Concrete recipes can be preset and adjusted according to different project requirements.
Efficient Material Handling
The combination of aggregate batching, belt conveying, cement silos and screw conveyors creates an efficient material transfer process, helping maintain stable production.
