With a minimum hardness of 530 HB, Ni-Hard effectively withstands continuous contact with aggregates and other abrasive materials, helping protect the mixer tank and maintain reliable mixing performance. Its consistent hardness provides stable and predictable wear throughout the service life of the wear components, while the actual service life depends on factors such as aggregate type and hardness, mix design, mixing cycle, and operating conditions. By reducing wear, maintenance frequency, and replacement requirements, Ni-Hard components help minimize downtime and lower the overall operating cost of the SICOMA Concrete Mixer.
4. WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
We offer water distribution pipe with distribution nozzles working by gravity by default. Several discharge types and sprayers, gravity or pressurized are available upon request according to the application.
5. MIXER DISCHARGE GATE
Discharge gate is operated hydraulically. Position switches enable individual adjustments for controlling the flow of through the discharge gate.
6. HYDRAULIC DRIVE FOR DISCHARGE GATE
Discharge gate is driven by a hydraulic power pack, which ensures the full open and close. Manual operation with the help of a manual pump in case of an emergency is possible.
